We understand your business uptime is mission-critical, and we’re here to help!
Our team is reviewing the tools and resources needed to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
To help us do that, we ask that you fill out this quick form authorizing our team to get to work. This form gives your approval for our after-hours/weekend/holiday emergency rates so our field staff know what their work parameters are.
Gulf States Technology - Technician After-Hours/Weekend/Holiday support rates are as follows.
1. Emergency services (critical downtime): $200hr for a technician to be reassigned to your issue until resolved.
2. For all Weekend/Holiday projects: $150hr for a technician to be allocated to help you resolve your technology needs.
By completing this form, you have authorized Gulf States Technology to dispatch a technician to work on your issue. Thank you for your business; we will have you back up and running soon!
